Product sizing varies depending on the style of the garment. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with the chart provided. Please note there may be 1-3 cm difference from measurements shown in the size guides. We also recommend sizing up if you want a more oversized and relaxed fit. Color Accuracy

In designs that have color, we work to accurately display these in the final product as much as possible. However, due to monitor settings and lighting conditions, the actual color of the product may vary slightly from what is shown on your screen.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed. The shipping time varies based on a number of factors. The estimates provided do not include the production time to customize products, delays due to local holidays, occasional unavoidable events, and incorrect information (such as when customers provide the wrong address or contact information) or other infrequent but impactful events. 

Return & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our return policy. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase. Some items, such as sale items, customized products or items at pop up shops, may be final sale and non-returnable.

The inclusion of these terms in our designs is meant to honor and affirm people with these identities. We want to approach this work with care and respect, consulting with members of the communities whenever possible to ensure that our representations are accurate, meaningful, and empowering. Of course, impact is more important that our intent so please do reach out if something isn't sitting right with you.

Cultural Sensitivity:
We acknowledge that these terms are rooted in specific cultural contexts and that their use outside these communities may be seen as sensitive. We do not claim ownership over these identities or terms in any way and are aware of the importance of cultural respect. Our goal is to provide a platform for visibility and pride without commodifying or trivializing these important cultural markers.

We also recognize that we have a few major categories of communities that are not yet represented in the main pride collections. Those being the greater transracial Adoptee Community, the Middle Eastern and North African (MENA) Community and others. We do want to ensure folks within these communities still feel seen and heard though.
