Yes because we want to ensure you're happy with your order. For NET Collective Members, you enjoy FREE Returns. For those who are not currently subscribed to our email & SMS, a 7% fee per product is applied to the paid amount to determine the customers refund potential.

If you're not satisfied with your order, please let us know and follow the steps outlined in our Returns & Exchange Policy. We will do our best to meet your needs and resolve any concerns.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a refund (minus standard fee if not a NET Collective Member).

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.

All other conditions will be considered on a case by case basis. If you're unable to cover these shipping costs- please reach out to us at orders@novaedgethreads.com. We recognize that we have community members who may be experiencing severe economic hardship.

All our products are subject to quality control but unfortunately there can be issues. Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you on a solution (ie. remake, refund, etc.)

It does not cover improper use or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

We would love to consider custom designs. Please reach out and let us know what you’re thinking. Depending on the word lengths and your preferences, we could come up with a recommended custom design. Custom Orders may be subject to custom pricing.
