Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping for the Size Inclusive Relaxed Fit T-Shirt and Zip-Hoodies, takes about 7 days with majority delivered within 10 days.
- Shipping for Oversize Tees and Premium Products takes about 12 days on average with majority delivered within 17 days. There may be delays in a small percentage of orders that could extend this to 21 days.

- If the address provided is deemed by the courier to be insufficient or inaccurate, the package will be returned to our production partners
- If this is the case, we may be able to provide the correct address to our production partner but you may be responsible for the re-shipping costs

Returns & Refunds
Yes because we want to ensure you're happy with your order. For NET Collective Members, you enjoy FREE Returns. For those who are not currently subscribed to our email & SMS, a $10 Fee per product is applied to the paid amount to determine the customers refund potential.
If you're not satisfied with your order, please let us know and follow the steps outlined in our Returns & Exchange Policy. We will do our best to meet your needs and resolve any concerns.

- Reason for the return or exchange
- If an exchange, the new desired item(s) including size and options if applicable. A link directly to the product would help us out too!
Please note that our long term vision is to offer Free Returns on all items.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
If you're unable to cover these shipping costs- please reach out to us at orders@novaedgethreads.com. We recognize that we have community members who may be experiencing severe economic hardship.
What if I want a design on a different product type?
What we have listed on the site is what's readily available but a new listing can be made available with the design you want on a different product type. For example; you see a design you like on the Oversized Deep Drop Shoulder Tee but want an option on the Vintage Wash Frayed T-Shirt or on the Acid Wash Oversize Hoodie, email us at info@novaedgethreads.com to see what we can do for you! Please note that each product type has a certain maximum print area.
What if I want a design on the Front (rather than Back)?

Do you offer products in other colors than Black?
What we have listed on the site is what's readily available. If you're interested in a specific design printed on a different color product, email us to see what we can do for you.
What is Acid Wash and Vintage Wash?
Acid washing is a garment washing technique that chemically fades the color of fabrics. Depending on the ratio of chlorine to water, the fabric can have a faded color style or a bleached white style. The vintage wash gives the garments their distinctive faded and lived-in look and feel.
Do you offer other sizes?
The dimensions of the garments vary by product type and can be found at the link below. If you don't see a size that works for you, please reach out to see what we can do for you. We are working to find solutions for more inclusive sizing.

Do you have a shop location?
Our products are currently exclusive to online purchase. We're interested in considering pop up shops including Brooklyn Pride 2025. Let us know if you'd show up!
Do you offer Custom Orders?
We would love to consider custom designs. Please reach out and let us know what you’re looking for. Depending on the word lengths and your preferences, we could come up with a custom design to see if you like. Custom Orders may be subject to custom pricing.
What should I do if my order information or address information is incorrect?

How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the United States takes about 5-7 days with majority delivered within 10 days. International Shipping through a special line (when available) takes about 10 days on average with majority delivered within 15 days. On a rare occasion that the product purchased has to travel via International Standard Shipping, that could take up to a month to arrive. However, this is not likely as we have prioritized products that have reasonable shipping times.
