What if I want a design on a different type product?

What we have listed on the site is what's readily available. If you're interested in a specific design printed on a different product type (ie. Listed on the Oversized Deep Drop Shoulder Tee but want an option on the Vintage Wash Frayed T-Shirt or on the Acid Wash Oversize Hoodie), email us at info@novaedgethreads.com to see what we can do for you! 

What if I want a design on the Front (rather than Back) or on a White T-Shirt (rather than Black)?

Do you offer products in other colors than Black and White?

What is Acid Wash and Vintage Wash?

Acid washing is a garment washing technique that chemically fades the color of fabrics. Depending on the ratio of chlorine to water, the fabric can have a faded color style or a bleached white style. The vintage wash gives the garments their distinctive faded and lived-in look and feel.

Do you offer other sizes?

The dimensions of the garments vary by product type and can be found at the link below. If you don't see a size that works for you, please reach out to see what we can do for you. We are working to find solutions for more inclusive sizing.

Do you have a shop location?

Our products are currently exclusive to online purchase. We're interested in considering pop up shops in the future. Let us know if you'd show up!

Do you offer Custom Orders?

We would love to consider custom orders. Please reach out and let us know what you’re looking for. Depending on the word lengths and your preferences, we'd pick a design that is most suitable. Custom Orders may be subject to custom pricing. 

What should I do if my order information or address information is incorrect?

Please email us at orders@novaedgethreads.com with your order information and the correct information. Please double check before you hit send. 

• If the address provided is deemed by the courier to be insufficient or inaccurate, the package will be returned to our production partners
• If this is the case, we may be able to provide the correct address to our production partner but you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within the United States takes about 5-7 days with majority delivered within 10 days. International Shipping through a special line (when available) takes about 10 days on average with majority delivered within 15 days. International Standard Shipping is 25 days on average with majority arriving within one month.

These shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please refer to our disclaimers for more information. Each order has a tracking number that enables the monitoring of packages.

What is the Partners Program?

NOVAEDGETHREADS™ sets aside 10% of profits that fund our programs. With our Partners Program, every sale routes investments back to organizations who serve our communities. Each month will focus on a specific organization and we will rotate throughout the year.

If you're a customer and would like to recommend a partner, please email us at PartnersProgram@novaedgethreads.com with the following information:

• Name of the Organization
• How you're affiliated (if applicable)
• Reason for the recommendation in your own words
• Website link to the Organization
• Receipt to prove you've been a customer
