RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want to ensure you're happy with your order. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know and follow the steps below. We will do our best to meet your needs and resolve any concerns.

NOVAEDGETHREADS will consider a refund/exchange request if another size is needed or if an item arrives defective. They must be unworn, unwashed and returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Limited to no exceptions will be made after 30 days. We appreciate your understanding.
SALE PURCHASES: All items purchased at sale prices online are final and will not qualify for returns or exchanges.
RETURN ORDERS: Once your refund or exchange request is approved, the maximum refund amount returned will be less than the original payment amount. A 7% fee will be applied to cover payment processing fees.
For RETURNS and EXCHANGES, the refund will be issued once the item(s) are received and confirmed to be unworn, unwashed, or defective.
REFUNDS: Please allow 7-14 business days from receiving your return for us to process the approved refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded for any orders in which item(s) had been previously shipped.
