Shipping Policy

The total shipping time includes; the Processing time for your products to be created, the Shipping time to reach origin airport and arrival to the airport within the country where delivery address is, customs clearance, hand off to the local carrier for delivery and the delivery time to the delivery address.

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • High Demand: During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be extended by a few days. We appreciate your patience during these times.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping for Size Inclusive Products takes about 7 days with majority delivered within 10 days.
  • Shipping for Oversize Tees and Premium Products takes about 10 days on average with majority delivered within 15 days. There may be delays in a small percentage of orders that extend this to 21 days.
  • Standard Shipping is 25 days on average with majority arriving within one month.

    Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs processing delays.

3. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that enables the monitoring of packages.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • New York State Orders: For sales within New York State on items priced over $110, a shipping tax is applied to the total cost of the order(s)

  • International Orders: Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are determined by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance.

    Please be aware that customs processes can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

    5. Shipping Address

    • PO Boxes Restricted: We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical address to ensure successful delivery.
    • Modifying Shipping Address: If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at orders@novaedgethreads.com with your order information and the correct information. Please double check before you hit send. 
      • If the address provided is deemed by the courier to be insufficient or inaccurate, the package will be returned
      • If this is the case, we may be able to correct the shipping address and send out again but you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs
    • We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, there is no guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address.

    6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

    • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days at orders@novaedgethreads.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
    • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement if applicable.
    • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages. If you believe your package has been stolen, we recommend contacting your local authorities and filing a report.
