Quienes somos
Somos Nova Edge Threads, ropa moderna para el orgullo que te trae orgullo sin límites. Empezamos creando la ropa que queríamos ver en el mundo. La ropa que honraba nuestra interseccionalidad y fuerza. Ofrecemos herramientas portátiles para el orgullo, la protesta y la autoexpresión con confianza . Nos inspiramos en el punk, los diseños de tatuajes, la moda urbana y el simbolismo celestial.
Somos una tienda online que promueve el orgullo queer, trans e interseccional. Creada en Brooklyn con un evento emergente en Nueva York . Nova Edge Threads se lanzó en primavera/verano 2025, y nuestro primer evento emergente tuvo lugar en el Orgullo de Brooklyn. Conectar y colaborar con la comunidad lo es todo.
Creamos ropa que celebra el orgullo LGBTQIA2S+ y el orgullo interseccional. Consideramos la comunidad colectiva, la sostenibilidad y la inclusión. Nos centramos en las personas con identidades interseccionales 2SLGBTQIA+. Diseñamos para quienes viven al margen de las barreras, porque ahí reside la verdadera belleza, el poder y la transformación. Queremos construir un espacio donde la diversidad, la equidad y la inclusión sean verdaderamente prioritarias.
¿Por qué estamos aquí?
Estamos aquí para construir una marca audaz, sin género e inclusiva que refleje a quienes la usan. Nada nos conecta más con nuestra esencia que ver a nuestra comunidad queer y trans feliz, sana y expresándose libremente, con su Orgullo Queer y su alegría trans.
Nuestros diseños están inspirados y hechos para nuestra comunidad. Queríamos crear ropa de orgullo de alta calidad que se sintiera usada y apreciada. Cortes favorecedores, materiales de primera calidad y disponible en negro, porque nos quedamos bien de negro. Creamos camisetas, sudaderas, shorts, gorras, bolsos, camisetas de tirantes y camisetas cortas para el día a día que irradian orgullo sin complejos, tal como lo deseamos. Somos la oposición al capitalismo arcoíris. Somos una marca que diseña orgullo con propósito.
Cómo retribuimos
La comunidad es lo primero. Somos una marca que te ofrece ropa moderna y progresista que retribuye a la comunidad, no porque sea tendencia, sino porque es innegociable. El 10 % de las ganancias se dona a organizaciones lideradas por y que sirven a personas LGBTQIA2S+, personas con discapacidad y personas de la mayoría global (también conocidas como BIPOC, que significa comunidades negras, indígenas y de color).
El 10% de las ganancias se dona a organizaciones comunitarias sin fines de lucro que atienden a miembros de comunidades marginadas. Actualmente donamos a:
- Fondo de viajes para personas transgénero negras
- Instituto Negro del SIDA
- Fondo de la Tercera Ola
Mantenemos nuestros empaques sencillos porque nos enfocamos en lo que realmente importa: diseños únicos y donaciones sólidas. Cuando compras en Nova Edge, no solo compras ropa: formas parte de un movimiento.
Pay it Forward
We're a brand bringing you modern pride wear that pays it forward — not because it’s trendy, but because it’s non-negotiable. 10% of profits are donated to organizations led by and serving LGBTQIA2S+ folks, People with Disabilities and People of the Global Majority (also known as BIPOC which stands for Black, Indigenous, and people of color communities).

POP-UP PRIDE
There's nothing better than being out and connecting with community. Our first ever Pop-Up was Brooklyn Pride 2025. What an incredible experience that fueled creative collaboration. We showed up to the T Boy Wrestling Meet & Greet with Trans Dudes of NY and Trans Dudes of LA. We shared a weekend celebrating the art of Drag at Bushwig and was blown away by the love and support. We represented at the Trans Art Bazaar with BQFLea and showed up in front of the Brooklyn Museum. We brought you something new to Dandyland in Hells Kitchen NYC. We will continue to explore community events and vending opportunities in the greater NYC area.

The bold unapologetic self-expression that fuels queer fashion today is rooted in the legacy of Black & Brown Women, especially Trans Women. Their courage, creativity & resistance have profoundly shaped the LGBTQIA+ rights and culture that we all proudly share today. The language, the lingo, the fierce delivery of shade that so many attribute to the Gay Community- is in truth- from the beautiful Black Women in our lives. From the ballroom to the frontlines of liberation, their ongoing contributions are invaluable. We honor them by committing to resourcing our community organizations who center the most marginalized in our communities.
BTTF is a collective of Black Trans artists, organizers, cultural workers, and visionaries, united by our commitment to advocating for and celebrating Black Trans Women around the world. Their mission as a Black trans led collective is to provide Black trans women with financial and material resources towards education, community, safety and removing travel barriers. LEARN MORE
Third Wave Fund has a vision where all people have full autonomy over our own bodies and lives. Their grant-making and donor mobilizing advances the community power, well-being, and self-determination of young Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) most directly impacted by and best positioned to end gender oppression. They specifically resource grassroots movements that are 1) multi-issue, 2) community-led and 3) unapologetically queer, trans, intersex, and sex worker-led. LEARN MORE
